Crafted exclusively from handpicked Pinot Noir grapes grown at our Roman Villa vineyard, our 2015 Blanc de Noirs is a rich, yet beautifully balanced wine with notes of baked apples and ripe stone fruits, layered with a touch of brioche and roasted walnuts.

It was a cold winter which vines tend to enjoy. Spring arrived later than usual with budburst taking place in early April. Cooler temperatures in August slowed the growing season down, allowing a gradual ripening period. By harvest time, the fruit was beautifully ripe with perfect acids, and we could be incredibly exact on picking dates.Made from fruit grown at our Roman Villa vineyard
